Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading, installing, or using OneTek Workspace. By installing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and OneTek Workspace ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the OneTek Workspace desktop application and website located at onetekworkspace.com (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, activating, or otherwise using OneTek Workspace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OneTek Workspace is a Windows desktop application that provides a unified multi-pane workstation integrating third-party enterprise tools including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook. The application enables users to access and interact with these services from a single interface.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use OneTek Workspace on one (1) Windows computer (a "workstation") per active subscription license.

You may not:

To move your license to a new workstation, you must first deactivate the software on your current workstation via File → Deactivate Workstation before activating on the new machine.

4. Free Trial

OneTek Workspace includes a 7-day free trial that begins automatically upon installation. No credit card or account registration is required to start the trial.

During the trial period you have access to the full functionality of the software. At the end of the 7-day period, continued use requires purchase of a subscription and activation with a valid license key.

You may only use one free trial per workstation. Attempts to extend the trial period by manipulating system clocks, reinstalling the software, or any other means are a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of your license.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to OneTek Workspace beyond the free trial period requires a paid subscription at the rate of $5.00 USD per month per workstation license, billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscriptions are processed and managed by Paddle (Paddle), our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy, available at paddle.com/legal/terms.

You can manage your payment method, view invoices, and update billing information through your Paddle customer portal, accessible via the link in your purchase confirmation email.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription and license remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-period.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with OneTek Workspace within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@onetekworkspace.com to request a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the initial purchase date will be considered at our sole discretion.

Refunds are not available for subsequent monthly renewal payments except where required by applicable law.

You agree to use OneTek Workspace only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

8. Intellectual Property

OneTek Workspace, including its source code, design, graphics, user interface, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by OneTek Workspace and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by us.

Third-party trademarks referenced in the application (including Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook) are the property of their respective owners. OneTek Workspace is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

9. Privacy & Data

OneTek Workspace is designed with privacy as a priority. The application stores your configuration settings, license key, and debug logs locally on your workstation at %APPDATA%\onetek-workspace\. We do not collect, store, or transmit your enterprise application data (including any content from Salesforce, Teams, Outlook, or other integrated tools).

We communicate with Paddle solely for the purpose of license key validation at activation. For information about how Paddle handles payment data, please review their privacy policy.

10. Third-Party Services

OneTek Workspace integrates with and provides access to third-party enterprise services (Salesforce, Jira, Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and others). Your use of those services is governed solely by the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, products, or services of any third-party services accessible through OneTek Workspace. We do not endorse and are not affiliated with any third-party service providers whose products are accessible through the application.

Billing and subscription management is handled by Paddle. We are not responsible for payment processing errors, disputes, or issues that are within Paddle's control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be compatible with all hardware and software configurations, or that all defects will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONETEK WORKSPACE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15.00 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by canceling your subscription and uninstalling OneTek Workspace from all workstations.

We may suspend or terminate your license immediately and without prior notice if you:

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 15 (Governing Law) survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For active subscribers, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of material changes via email to the address associated with your Paddle account.

Your continued use of OneTek Workspace after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service before the changes take effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
